Jeremiah purchased East Slope Family Practice in 2015 and has been providing excellent care to our community since that time. He has lived much of his life in Great Falls and has been an integral part of the healthcare system here for many years.

Amanda joined the practice in 2019 and plans to remain in Great Falls long term. She was born in Montana, raised primarily in Great Falls and has also been involved in the healthcare system here for many years.
