What insurance plans do you accept?
Are hormone services covered by insurance?
Hormone evaluation visits are typically billed through insurance.
Coverage for specific therapies varies by plan and treatment type. Some services may involve self-pay options depending on insurance benefits and individual goals. We prioritize transparency and discuss all options before treatment begins.
Where are labs drawn and processed?
We are able to draw many labs in-office for your convenience.
Most in-office lab specimens are processed through Quest Diagnostics. When appropriate, we can also send laboratory orders to local facilities including Benefis, Great Falls Clinic, and Big Sky Labs, depending on patient preference and insurance requirements.
For certain specialized or expanded testing, we may utilize Rupa Health to coordinate specialty laboratory services.
Will my insurance cover laboratory testing?
Routine laboratory testing is often covered when medically indicated.
However, coverage varies depending on your specific insurance plan and the type of testing ordered. Some specialized or expanded hormone panels may not be fully covered by insurance.
Before ordering non-standard testing, we discuss the purpose of the labs and review potential cost considerations so you can make an informed decision.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We strive to schedule new patients as soon as possible, often within the same week depending on availability.
Established patients may be able to schedule same-day appointments for urgent concerns. In some cases, you may be seen by a provider other than your primary provider.
What should I expect at my visit?
You will be checked in by our front office team and then seen by your provider.
Our Nurse Practitioners complete all aspects of your visit, including vital signs, medical history, examination, and discussion of treatment options. Lab work may be drawn in-office when appropriate.
We prioritize thorough, individualized care in a comfortable setting.
Do you provide routine childhood immunizations?
We do not routinely stock standard childhood immunizations in our office.
We partner with the local health department for recommended vaccinations and are happy to coordinate care to ensure records remain up to date.
We do offer TB testing and Tdap vaccination in-office.
How do I know if I should have my hormones evaluated?
If you are experiencing persistent fatigue, mood changes, sleep disruption, weight gain, low libido, or other symptoms that may be hormone-related, a comprehensive evaluation may be appropriate.
We begin with a detailed history and targeted laboratory testing before discussing treatment options.
Do you prescribe testosterone for men & Women?
Yes. We evaluate and manage low testosterone in men when clinically appropriate.
All therapy begins with comprehensive evaluation and lab confirmation. Ongoing monitoring is required for safety.
Testosterone may be considered for women when clinically appropriate and supported by symptoms and laboratory findings. Treatment decisions are individualized and closely monitored.
